PLDT holds workshops open to students of all majors. Workshop speakers include successful professionals from various fields as well as students in PLDT with knowledge and experience to share on public speaking, resume-building, and internships.
Lessons from a Franchise and Serial Entrepreneur
In October 2018, successful entrepreneur, JT Fauber, led a workshop on franchising and told us about his personal path to success. This workshop was filled with valuable information and nuggets of wisdom for entrepreneurs and innovators.

Public Speaking: What Your Gen Ed Didn’t Cover
On September 26th, PLDT’s very own, Ben Kennedy led our first monthly workshop! Ben delved into the aspects of public speaking that most general education public speaking courses don’t cover.
Ben is PLDT’s Vice President of Corporate Relations this year. He’s a junior majoring in Finance. Because of his extensive experience in plays, leadership roles, giving speeches/presentations, and impressive eloquence, he was able to host a whole workshop giving students realistic and helpful pointers on public speaking.
