The PLDT Education & Outreach Committee works to craft and present interactive workshops that are available to Virginia Tech student organizations and Living-Learning Communities (LLCs) throughout our campus. The team works to provide leadership and professional development related workshops to help equip students with necessary skills to succeed in their personal and professional lives.

Our Workshops
Crafting our Communication Workshop
Hosted by our Education and Outreach Committee to help our members improve upon their communication and collaboration skills.
Case Interview Workshop
Students were able to participate in a workshop organized by the Consulting Group at Virginia Tech. This workshop taught students how to excel in case interviews.
Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Workshop
Hosted by our Educations and Outreach Committee, students were tasked with using legos to solve a problem. This tested students thought process and communication skills.
ALKU Workshop
ALKU gave a workshop that taught students about the value of building connections with others in addition to answering questions about ALKU's company values and workplace environment.
